Data you hand over vs data we observe
Two categories exist here, and they are handled differently. What you give us directly is limited to a name and email address if you use our contact form, plus the message itself.
What we observe passively includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring links, gathered through standard server logs and analytics cookies. Neither category includes payment details, account credentials or anything held by the operator's own systems.
Purposes and lawful basis
We use technical data to keep the site working, measure which pages get read, and fix problems. Contact-form data is used only to answer your query.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for site operation and analytics, and consent where a cookie banner asks for it. Where you write to us, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Processors and transfers
We use third-party processors for hosting and analytics; none of them receive your data for their own marketing purposes. Where a processor is based outside the UK, transfers rely on standard contractual safeguards.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to any third party, including the operator whose brand this portal covers.
Exercising your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the data we hold about you, and you can object to processing or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 48 hours.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Retention
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and performance monitoring. Contact-form correspondence is retained only for as long as we need it to resolve your query and to keep a record that we did.
Under-18s
This site is restricted to visitors aged 18+ and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has submitted information to us, contact [email protected] and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as our tools or obligations change. The current version applies from the date shown below; material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.
